Practice the section clock.
ATI’s standard section limits are Reading 55 minutes, Math 57, Science 60, and English & Language Usage 37. The four sections total 209 testing minutes. Time saved in one section does not move to the next; a separate 10-minute break follows Math.
The calculator divides your first-pass time evenly to create practice checkpoints. Real questions vary in difficulty: use the checkpoints to notice when to move on, not as a deadline for every individual question. The result is pacing advice, not a score prediction.
