01Who these terms apply to

These Terms govern the AceItPrep website at aipreptest.com and its browser-based study tools, operated by MILETUS INNOVATION SRL (“AceItPrep”, “we”, “us”). They apply to website visitors and account holders (“you”). Separate app-store terms and privacy notices may apply to our iOS apps.

Read these Terms before creating an account or ordering access. Any purchase is also subject to the terms and disclosures presented at checkout. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing; it is not a blanket consent to optional processing.

Public testing: checkout currently uses a Stripe sandbox. Test orders do not charge real money and are for testing access only. The commercial billing provisions below describe the plans offered when live sales are enabled.

02What the study space offers

AceItPrep provides educational practice questions, explanations, flashcards, topic review, timed practice, exam-specific simulators, study history, and performance indicators where available for the selected exam. Availability and question formats vary by bank. “Coming soon” products are not available for purchase.

Our materials are independently produced preparation resources. They are not official examination questions, an official examination, accredited instruction, or a certification. References to exam blueprints describe our preparation approach and do not imply endorsement. Exam names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Practice scores, AceReady readiness estimates, and suggested next actions are study aids, not predictions or guarantees of passing, admission, licensure, or employment. A fixed practice simulator does not reproduce an examination provider’s proprietary adaptive testing algorithm. Confirm current eligibility, exam format, and registration requirements with your school or exam provider.

Content is for education, not diagnosis, treatment, clinical decision-making, or emergency advice. Do not enter real patient records or confidential health information. If an explanation appears incorrect, check authoritative professional sources before applying it in practice.

03Your account and eligibility

Website accounts use Google Sign-In or passwordless email links through Firebase Authentication. Use an account you control and accurate account details. Purchases and submitted progress are associated with your signed-in website identity. Signing in with another account does not automatically transfer that access or progress.

You must have legal capacity to enter a contract to make a purchase. Users below the age of majority may study only with appropriate parent or guardian authorization and supervision; payment services may require an adult purchaser. This website is not intended for children under 13.

Protect your email and Google accounts and sign out on shared devices. Do not share, resell, or lend paid account access. We may request proportionate identity or purchase verification when investigating access problems, without asking for your Google password.

04Monthly and lifetime access

Unless an offer expressly says otherwise, a plan covers one selected exam product, not the entire catalog. The website displays USD prices; the total, taxes, any currency conversion, and billing interval shown at checkout govern your order.

Monthly subscription

The monthly plan renews automatically at the stated monthly price until you cancel. It is a recurring subscription, not a one-time purchase of 30 days. You authorize the merchant of record to collect the recurring charges disclosed at checkout.

Cancel renewal from My account before the next billing date. Cancellation normally preserves access through the end of the paid billing period and prevents the next renewal. Cancellation of renewal and a request for withdrawal or refund are separate actions. Failed payments, refunds, or chargebacks may change access according to the transaction outcome and applicable law.

Lifetime access

Lifetime access is a single payment for the selected exam, with no recurring subscription charge and no scheduled expiry. It does not include every exam, third-party examination fees, or separately sold products. We will not impose a new recurring fee on that purchased access. Any service discontinuation remains subject to your contractual and statutory remedies.

Changes to subscription prices apply prospectively only after appropriate advance notice, so you can cancel before the change takes effect. A change to these Terms does not retroactively remove rights acquired with a paid purchase.

05Checkout, delivery, and transaction support

Purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe acts as merchant of record for those transactions, handling payment collection, applicable indirect taxes, transaction support, and disputes. The responsible Stripe entity and purchase terms are identified at checkout or in your receipt. Stripe’s consumer terms (opens in a new tab) apply to its services. We remain responsible for providing the AceItPrep study space and its content.

Choose your exam and plan, review or correct your selection before payment, and complete Stripe’s checkout. Access is normally activated after payment is verified. A checkout return alone is not proof of a successful payment. Your account shows the access recorded for your website identity; keep the transaction receipt or confirmation.

For payment or refund issues, use Sold Through Link customer support (opens in a new tab) or the transaction-support instructions in your receipt. Website access and content concerns are handled by AceItPrep. We do not collect your full card number or card security code on this website.

06Withdrawal, refunds, and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Where EU/Romanian distance-contract rules apply, you generally have 14 days from concluding the contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to lawful exceptions. Digital-content exceptions require the relevant express prior consent, acknowledgement, and confirmation; simply signing in or using the site is not treated as an automatic waiver.

Stripe’s Sold Through Link terms also provide EU and UK consumers with a 14-day cooling-off period from receiving access to or delivery of the purchased product. Request this through Link customer support (opens in a new tab) and identify the cooling-off period as the reason. Any more protective mandatory right remains available.

To exercise an applicable withdrawal right, send a clear statement identifying your name, account email, order, and decision to withdraw to the merchant of record using the contact details supplied with your transaction. You do not have to use a particular form. Statutory reimbursement deadlines and any lawful deductions apply.

Digital content and services must conform to the contract. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies may include bringing the service into conformity, a price reduction, or termination and reimbursement. These rights remain available regardless of a general refund policy. Outside mandatory rights or an expressly offered guarantee, any additional refund is assessed according to the purchase terms and circumstances; there is no automatic pass-or-your-money-back guarantee.

07Content ownership and permitted use

We and our licensors retain rights in the website, question banks, explanations, graphics, software, and branding. Your access grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use available materials for your own preparation during your access period. An allowed progress export is for your own records, not permission to redistribute the question bank.

Do not copy or sell banks, scrape or bulk-download content outside the supplied tools, remove ownership notices, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use it for cheating or unlawful activity. Nothing prevents uses permitted by mandatory law. You retain rights in your own information; we process your answers and progress to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

08Availability, suspension, and ending access

The browser workspace needs a supported browser and an internet connection for sign-in, checkout, synchronization, and content updates. Previously cached materials may be usable offline on the same device. Clearing browser storage, changing devices, or browser restrictions can remove local caches and unfinished sessions. Completed progress syncs when signed in and connected; an unfinished session stays on its original device.

Maintenance, provider outages, and content corrections can affect availability. We maintain the service and necessary updates with reasonable care; we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Material changes to paid functionality will respect applicable notice, cancellation, and conformity rights.

We may proportionately restrict access for a serious breach of these Terms, fraud, security risk, or a legal obligation. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you to address it. Urgent protective action may be taken first. Suspension does not remove mandatory refund or consumer rights.

Deleting study progress, clearing browser data, or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Use the renewal controls in My account. Account-deletion and privacy requests are separate from billing cancellation.

09Responsibility and applicable law

We are responsible for performance of our obligations under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for examination decisions, losses caused by your misuse, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from our breach. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury.

Romanian law governs your use of the AceItPrep service, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or access to competent courts under the law that otherwise applies to them. This provision does not impose exclusive Romanian jurisdiction on consumers. Stripe’s transaction terms separately govern its services.

You may raise complaints with the competent consumer-protection authority and use any applicable dispute-resolution or court procedure. An invalid provision does not invalidate the remainder of these Terms.

10Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. The date at the top identifies this version. We will give appropriate advance notice of material changes affecting existing paid access; a notice alone does not override rights that require consent. Save or print a copy for your records.
