Welcome to AIPrep, your independent exam preparation platform. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website and online courses hosted on Teachable. By accessing this School, you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
1. Terms
The materials and content on this School are protected by applicable copyright, intellectual property, and trademark laws. AIPrep is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any official exam boards, certifying bodies, or governing institutions associated with the exams we cover. All trademarks, logos, and references to specific exams (such as ATLS®, ACLS®, ATC, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive and educational purposes.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on AIPrep’s website for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software or content
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

If you submit feedback, questions, or any other content through the platform (including AI-related submissions), you grant AIPrep a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content to improve services, course content, or platform quality. You retain ownership of your content but agree that we may use it internally and anonymously.
9. Termination of Access
AIPrep reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account for conduct deemed harmful, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the course materials.
